“We are all born naked and the rest is drag” is a famous quote by RuPaul , that leaves us with questions about, what is identity and it’s potentiality in our society? How can we understand the production of subjectivity and identity in the bio-digital capitalism? Can we define the production and the reproduction of subjectivity? How is this differentiation produced and what kind of autonomy stems for us?
“We are all born naked and the rest is drag” takes place at a historical site of Fahrbereitschaft, renowned for Barbara and Axel Haubrok’s art collection. The event, curated by Lola Lustosa, will take you on a journey through a number of performances and presentations from: Eemil Karila (FIN), Laura Leiner (BR), Saana Inari (FIN), Topi Barbara Berti (IT), Jarkko Räsänen (FIN).
